A fishing base on the Rio Longa
Fly into Luanda and continue by road to the lodge. This package is for groups of 4–12 guests, with guided shore-based fishing, estuary boats and boat transfers to and from the river mouth.
Stay at one lodge throughout the package. Three bungalows provide four beds each, with towels, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Room allocations are confirmed for your group.
Fishing sessions respond to tides, river flow, sea and weather conditions. The brochure describes a lodge-based package rather than a fixed day-by-day touring route; your quote confirms arrival, departure and transfer arrangements.

Seasons, species and tackle
The brochure describes late October to June as the summer period for anglers targeting tarpon, with a cooler-water season from June to October. Ask us to match your travel dates and tackle to your preferred fishing style.
Targets listed in the brochure include tarpon, jacks, cubera snapper, threadfin, corvina and barracuda. Seasonal activity and catches vary; no species, size or catch is guaranteed.
Bring your own fishing equipment. The brochure provides spinning, bait and fly-fishing recommendations, from estuary tackle to heavier surf and tarpon outfits. Confirm your final tackle list before travel.
Is this a self-drive coastal expedition?

Are flights and airport transfers included?
No. Flights and travel transfers are excluded. Boat transfers to and from the river mouth are included in the fishing package.
