This part-payment counts towards your total tour price. Your booking is reserved after payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
Monthly instalments are available at no additional fee, with amounts and dates agreed in writing and recorded in your quotation. The balance is due 30 days before departure for Angola tours, or 30 days before arrival for Namibia fishing tours and packages.
Bookings within 30 days of departure or arrival require full payment once availability and acceptance are confirmed.

Why there is no standard tour from 11–22 October 2027.
That period is intentionally kept primarily open for vehicle servicing, turnaround, resupply and preparation before the Kunene Mouth specialist trips.
We do not want to fill every gap in the calendar at the expense of expedition preparation.
